Lucas Browne
Lucas Browne (born 14 April 1979) is an Australian heavyweight boxer and former mixed martial artist. He is currently undefeated as a professional boxer, and is world ranked #3 in the WBA heavyweight ranking. His best boxing win came against former three-weight division world champion James Toney, he also holds notable wins over Travis Walker and Richard Towers. Browne his known for his sheer size and punching power, he currently has a 86.9% knockout ratio.
==Professional boxing career==
Lucas Browne turned professional on 20 March 2009. He won his first contest by fourth round knockout. On 17 February 2012, Browne became the Australian heavyweight champion by knocking out Colin Wilson in round three. Browne fought his first notable opponent on 28 April 2013, he defeated former three-weight division world champion James Toney by twelve round unanimous decision to win the WBF heavyweight title.
He scored two more credible wins later in 2013, stopping former heavyweight prospect Travis Walker in seven rounds, and knocking out future European heavyweight champion Richard Towers in five rounds. In April 2014, he defeated Eric Bahoeli by fifth round knockout to capture the Commonwealth heavyweight title. Browne's latest contest was on 14 August 2015, when he knocked out the 7' 1" and 275lbs journeyman Julius Long in nine rounds.
